The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan continues its work on developing digital services for taxpayers.

One of the key areas is the introduction of pre-filling of the Declaration of Assets and Liabilities (Form 250.00), as well as the Declaration of Income and Property (Form 270.00), in the Taxpayer Cabinet. The main objective is to simplify the declaration submission process.

Information on the acquisition and disposal of property during the reporting period is automatically entered into the declaration.

In the future, it is planned to expand the scope of pre-filled information, including data on income and other information required to complete the declaration.

The individual independently reviews the generated information, supplements or corrects it where necessary, and then confirms and submits the declaration.

The mechanism is based on the principle: “the state provides the available data — the citizen reviews and confirms it.” This will reduce the time required to complete the declaration and minimize the likelihood of technical errors.

We remind you that the deadline for submitting the Declaration of Income and Property for 2025 (Form 270.00) is September 15, 2026. Individuals may submit this declaration through the Taxpayer Cabinet at https://knp.kgd.gov.kz.

The obligation to submit the declaration for 2025 applies to certain categories of individuals, including:

• civil servants and persons equated to them, as well as their spouses;
• major participants in banks, securities market entities and insurance organizations, as well as their spouses;
• heads and founders (participants) of legal entities holding more than a 10% interest in the authorized capital;
• persons engaged in private practice;
• persons who received income subject to self-assessment;
• persons holding funds in accounts with foreign banks in an amount exceeding 1,000 MCI;
• persons holding digital assets;
• persons who acquired property during 2025 with a total value exceeding 20,000 MCI, including property acquired outside the Republic of Kazakhstan.
