The "Government for Citizens" state corporation continues to expand options for residents of the Abai Region to access electronic government services independently. During the first seven months of 2026, citizens utilized "Connection Point" self-service sectors to obtain over 320,000 government services, while specialists provided more than 856,000 consultations.
There are 14 "Connection Point" self-service sectors operating within Public Service Centers (PSC) across the Abai Region. Two sectors are located in the city of Semey, with the remainder situated in the region's district centers. Citizens of various ages—including adults and students—actively use these services.
Among the most sought-after services are obtaining an electronic digital signature (EDS), Form No. 2 certificates, criminal record clearance certificates, certificates regarding registered real estate rights (and encumbrances), certificates confirming the presence or absence of real estate, as well as the issuance and revocation of registration certificates from the National Certification Authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
"Connection Point" self-service sectors enable citizens to access government services electronically on their own. Visitors can use the available computers and equipment, and may turn to specialists for assistance should any questions arise.
