What winter sports competitions will be held in November?

According to the calendar of the international winter sports federations, the winter competition season officially starts every year in late October and early November. This season, which will last until March, athletes will compete for tickets to the XXV Winter Olympic Games, which will be held in 2026 in Milan and Cortina d'Ampezzo, Italy. Asian countries are actively preparing for the Asian Games, which will start next year in Harbin.

November 1-3 — the second stage of the Short Track World Cup in Montreal (Canada). The first stage was also held in this city.
October 31 – November 3 — Asian Women's Ice Hockey Championship in Beijing (China), and from November 6 to November 9 — Asian Men's Championship in Almaty. Both championships are being organized for the first time in history.

November 30 – December 8 — the first stage of the Biathlon World Cup in Kontiolahti (Finland).
November 27 — Freestyle World Cup (mogul) in Hand (Finland).
