On the same day, the Minister visited organizations of preschool, secondary, technical and vocational education, where he held meetings with his colleagues. Among them are veterans of education, holders of the honorary title "Kazakstan enbek sinirgen ustasy", master teachers, research teachers and winners of the republican contest "The Best teacher".
At a meeting with teachers, Gani Beisembayev stressed the importance of pedagogical work in the welfare of the country and the formation of human capital. He noted that the state provides tremendous support for the development of the pedagogical sphere as a whole. On the initiative of the Head of State, on a national holiday, for the first time in history, two teachers were awarded the high title of "Hero of Labor of Kazakhstan". This event indicates a new stage in raising the status of teachers, recognizing their merits and role in society.
"The status of a teacher in society and in front of students is determined primarily by his human qualities, and then by his professional level. If national values are the cornerstone of education and upbringing, then a teacher who instills these values in children must have qualities such as honesty, fairness, decency and hard work. Only in combination with professional skills can he be called a real teacher. It should be remembered that the success of the school and the future of the child directly depend on you. Your work is the foundation of a bright and happy future for all of us. Therefore, every teacher should strive for continuous development," the minister said.
Gani Beisembayev also discussed with colleagues the measures taken to improve the quality of education, the formation of high-quality teaching staff, the improvement of educational infrastructure, etc. Teachers were able to ask their questions and get answers to them.
The Minister emphasized the need to intensify work on the selection and training of new managers in the field of education. The head of the regional department of Education needs to strengthen work to support teachers, create favorable conditions for the employment of young professionals, as well as information and explanatory work among the teaching community. Today, about 40 thousand teachers work in Zhambyl region, 436 of them are master teachers.
At the end of the working trip, the head of the department inspected a number of educational organizations, including facilities built within the framework of the national project "Comfortable School".
