Residents of the Akkol district became owners of new housing.
As part of the development of housing construction and support for socially vulnerable segments of the population, the akimat of the district purchased 16 apartments for large families. The area of each well-maintained house is 81 sq. m.
Akim of Akmola region Marat Akhmetzhanov solemnly handed over the keys of the apartments to the mothers. Some have been waiting for housing for more than 10 years.
"On behalf of the Head of State, a new housing purchase mechanism has been introduced. When buying apartments, special attention is paid to comfort and infrastructure.
These are the first houses in the Akkol district. In total, it is planned to improve the living conditions of about 2 thousand families in the region," the head of the region noted.
The family of Kulash Shaimerdenova, the mother of 4 children, is happy about the new house.
"This is a very joyful event for our family. We are grateful to the state for its support and the creation of comfortable living conditions," K. Shaimerdenova said.
In total, it is planned to complete the construction of 18 more semi-detached houses in the district center by the end of the year. This will provide housing for 36 families and will reduce the waiting list for housing in the area.
