The Department of Urban Planning Control of Almaty reports on the demolition of a large maintenance facility located at 63 Rozybakieva Street.
Earlier, during an unscheduled inspection, the management took administrative measures against the owner of AKZHOL LLP with the issuance of an order to eliminate the violations committed.
Since the requirements of the order were not fulfilled, on September 13 this year, the department initiated a lawsuit to the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of Almaty for the demolition of the facility.
The court proceedings have not been completed, but the dismantling of the facility has already been started by the owner on a voluntary basis.
It should be recalled that as part of the instruction of Akim of Almaty Yerbolat Dosayev to strengthen control over construction, 49 illegal objects have already been completely or partially demolished in the city since the beginning of last year, including the residential complexes "Dream", KHAN, "Alma Garden" and others.
