Today, Akim of the Zhetisu region Beibit Isabayev held a reception for citizens on personal issues, the press service of the akim of the Zhetisu region reports.
Four citizens came to the reception of the head of the region – residents of Alakolsky, Karatal districts and the city of Taldykorgan. Their appeals concerned land and housing issues, provision of social assistance and support in obtaining disability for health reasons.
The disputed land issue of a resident of the Karatal district, entrepreneur Zaure Karipova and the owner of the central market of the city of Ushtobe will be considered by the akimat of the district together with the regional prosecutor's office.
The necessary medical and social assistance will be provided to Nazim Novruzov, a resident of Taldykorgan, who has serious health problems. After a repeated extended examination of the applicant's health status, the issue of establishing disability will be considered in accordance with the procedure established by law.
As for citizen Orik Otunchinova, in August of this year, according to the order of priority, she was given an apartment in a new building in the city of Usharal. But the applicant did not sign the lease agreement, arguing that she was counting on a two-room apartment to live in with her son. Given the fact that her son was already an adult at the time of the queue, she was given a studio apartment. It was brought to the resident of Usharal that in the future it is possible to apply for an extension of the living space.
In general, during the reception, all applicants were given explanations in accordance with current legislation, and the necessary instructions were given to responsible persons.
