Today, at the Reception Center, Vice Minister of Justice Daniel Vaisov listened to the questions and complaints of residents who made an appointment.

During the meeting, the citizens raised a number of topical issues related to
issues of enforcement proceedings. So, a resident of Astana appealed to the Vice Minister with a complaint about the actions of the CSI.

After listening to the appeals of citizens, Daniel Vaisov gave an explanation on the questions asked, and the heads of structural divisions received appropriate instructions, including on checking the actions of the Civil Protection Service on these appeals.
