The region is actively working on the instructions of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev aimed at the development of the educated generation. Within the framework of the Comfortable School project, implemented at the initiative of the President, this year it was planned to build 9 educational facilities for 12,200 places, of which 6 have been launched. The other three are at the completion stage. Comfortable schools are built in accordance with all modern requirements. The project is aimed not only at solving the problem of the shortage of student places, but also at reducing the gap in the quality of education between urban and rural schools. Also this year, a school for 1,200 places in Kosshy was opened from the regional budget.
Since the beginning of the year, 13 pre-school organizations have been opened for 1,527 places. Among them, 2 kindergartens have been built, of which the first in the region is a special kindergarten "Ayala" for children with special needs.
In 2024, 28 inclusion support offices were opened. Today, there are 84 classrooms for 1,500 children. By the end of this year, 2 more offices will be opened.
The quality of students' knowledge is very important. Over the past academic year, young residents of Akmola have won more than 130 different medals at the republican Olympiads. Our students also show an active interest in scientific and technical creativity. Thus, representatives of a rural school from the Burabai district, defending the honor of the country at the international stage in Turkey, became the first at the World Robotics Championship in Rome.
There are also many teachers who show high results in national and international professional competitions. The title of "Honored Teacher of Kazakhstan" was awarded to Aliyash Akhetova. This year, 3 teachers of our region were awarded the title of "Uzdik teacher" in the republic: teachers of special disciplines of the higher Kazakh Pedagogical College named after J. Musin Danagul Ilyas, Taindyk Zholamanova and mathematics teacher of the Kokshetau boarding lyceum "Bilim-innovation" Zhumadulla Abdulkhakov. In early October, Aslan Manatov, a teacher-psychologist at the Derzhavinsk School, took third place at the third International Festival of Pedagogical Excellence in Yerevan.
The educational process in educational institutions is carried out through the unified educational program "Unified Education" (Birtutas tarbieh). In order to educate children and adolescents in the spirit of patriotism, develop their physical abilities, the team of the higher Kazakh Pedagogical College named after J. Musin in June took 1st place at the republican military-patriotic gathering "Aybin". This year, the Higher technical college implemented a project to open the country's first training center for diagnostics and maintenance of electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles. There are also 2 dormitories for students with 300 places each.
The Akmola team of college students won 2 gold, 1 silver and 4 bronze medals at the IX WorldSkills Kazakhstan 2024 Championship of working professions.
These are the achievements of this year. In the near future, work on the development of the education system will continue, we are aimed at conquering new heights.
