From December 9 to 13, 2024, Astana hosted the II Republican Contest of Young Pianists "Astana Piano Passion", organized by the Kazakh National University of Arts, with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The competition is held with the aim of developing the national piano school, identifying and supporting gifted young musicians, popularizing classical, academic music, piano performance and music by composers of Kazakhstan.
The competition was attended by young pianists studying Piano in educational institutions in the field of culture and art of the Republic of Kazakhstan, whose age at the time of the first day of the Competition is from 7 to 18 years old.
The competition was held in four age categories – from 7-9 years old, from 10-12 years old, from 13-15 years old, from 16-18 years old.
Within the framework of the competition, master classes were held by the head of the Special Piano Department of the Belarusian State Academy of Music, Professor Vladimir Dulov and Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laureate of international competitions Amir Tebenikhin.
This year, pianists from Pavlodar, Karaganda, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Aktau, Almaty and Astana came to the competition.
A total of 60 people participated.
The winner of the Grand Prix of the Republican contest "Astana Riapo Rassiop" was Danial Dyusembayev (teacher Asabayeva Sarah Shakirovna).
Isa Ayala (teacher Beisembayeva Gaukhar Serikovna) was awarded the first place in category "A" of the II Republican competition of Young pianists "Astana Piano Academy", the second place was awarded to Rustam Zharmenov (teacher Kosamanova Gulnaz Gayanovna) and Abdulla Zhanbolat (teacher Mukhamedzhanova Gulzhamilya Burkhanovna). The third places were awarded to Alikhanov Tomiris (teacher Manzhula Olga Nikolaevna), Sakenkyzy Sana (teacher Toktagan Akdidar Aitzhanovna) and Tyan Ratmir (teacher Chechneva Olga Gennadievna).
The first place of the II Republican competition of young pianists "Astana Piano Academy" in the category "B" was awarded to Ongarbayeva Zhansaya (teacher Zdornova Zhanna Viktorovna). II place Nursultan Inkar (teacher Zhakeeva Gulnara Sapiollaevna) and Kopbai Beksultan (teacher Bekisheva Hadicha Iskandarovna). Duisekeeva Aman (teacher Daukeeva Menzia Kenzhibekovna), Dumitrescu Mark (teacher Tsvettsikh Elena Valeryevna) and Karimov Alan (teacher Surapbergenova Svetlana Almabaevna) took the third place.
The winner of the first place in the "C" category was Akhmetov Rauan (teacher Dzhumakova Gafura Rakhmetullovna). II place Aldabaev Marlene (teacher Kusainov Altai Karpykovich) and Shaikhov Aidar (teacher Kremer Evgenia Andreevna). Third place Azamatuly Aitore (teacher Karazhigitova Sholpan Narimanovna) and Bulat Adina (teacher Svetlana Surapbergenova Almabaevna).
Mkhitaryan Ashot (teacher Surapbergenova Svetlana Almabaevna) won the first place of the II Republican competition of Young pianists "Astana Piano Workshop" in the category "D". Nugmankyzy Daria (teacher Kaminskaya Olga Mikhailovna) and Kamenetskaya Sofya (teacher Kremer Evgenia Andreevna) took the second place. Zhanas Bekmyrza (teacher Izmailov Nurlan Tokhtarovich), Zhumangarina Togzhan (teacher Asabayeva Sarah Shakirovna) and Dastan Elnar (teacher Abdullayeva Aigerim Ondasynovna) took the third place.
