– I sincerely congratulate you on the upcoming Independence Day holiday! May our independence be eternal and the prestige of the country be high! In his Message to the people, President Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich instructed to provide villages with medical facilities. As part of the national pilot project "Modernization of healthcare in rural areas", 49 primary health care facilities were built in the region in 2024. 3 facilities were allocated for the Sairam district. Today we are present at the opening of the first of 49 outpatient clinics built this year in the region. In addition, in addition to the national project, 6 more facilities have been built at the expense of the regional budget and investors. Thanks to these medical institutions, more than 90,000 rural residents will have access to high–quality medical care," Darkhan Satybaldy said.
The new facility in a village with a population of about 5,000 people will provide primary health care. The outpatient clinic has general practitioners' reception rooms, an office for women, a day hospital, a physical therapy room, vaccination rooms, procedures, diagnostics and filtration. All rooms are equipped with the necessary equipment.
On the same day, the construction of a new medical center in the village of Abayyl, Tyulkubassky district, which was put into operation, was completed. In addition, a modern medical and obstetric center has been opened in the village of Karabastau, Ordabasi district. The villagers expressed their gratitude for the attention paid to their needs and highly appreciated the improvement of the medical infrastructure.
This year, 49 primary health care facilities are planned to be built in the Turkestan region as part of the national project "Modernization of rural healthcare". Among them: 20 outpatient clinics, 23 paramedic and obstetric centers and 6 medical centers. By the end of the year, 48 of them are planned to be put into operation, one facility is being built at the expense of a private investor. Most of the buildings are already ready, and they are equipped with all the necessary equipment to provide high-quality medical services.
