Срок оказания услуги в течение 2 рабочих дней с момента принятия. При обращении в Государственную корпорацию день приема документов не входит в срок оказания государственной услуги. При подаче заявления с прикреплением результата фитосанитарной экспертизы состояния подкарантинной продукции, подтверждающего соответствие заявленной партии подкарантинной продукции карантинным фитосанитарным требованиям страны назначения, выданного не ранее 7 (семи) календарных дней до даты подачи заявления срок оказания 5 рабочих часов (для скоропортящийся продукции рабочих 3 часа).Выданный фитосанитарный сертификат действителен в течение 30 календарных дней.  "Согласование ввоза карантинных объектов (карантинных вредных организмов) в научно-исследовательских целях"Прием заявлений услугополучателей осуществляется через портал. Результат оказания государственной услуги: письмо-согласование на ввоз карантинных объектов в научно-исследовательских целях, выданное в электронной форме или мотивированный отказ. Срок оказания государственной услуги в течение 2 рабочих дней с момента принятия заявления.Письмо-согласование на ввоз карантинных объектов в научно-исследовательских целях выдается на каждый карантинный объект и действует в течение 6 (шести) месяцев с даты его выдачи и не используется более одного раза. «Присвоение учетного номера объектам, осуществляющим переработку зерна и продуктов его переработки по технологиям, обеспечивающим лишение семян и плодов карантинных сорных растений жизнеспособности, и (или) обеззараживание и маркировку древесного упаковочного материала»Прием далее – услугополучателей и выдача результата оказания государственной услуги осуществляются через:1) канцелярию услугодателя;2) портал.Результат оказания государственной услуги: подтверждение о присвоении учетного номера объекту производства, выданное в электронной либо бумажной форме или мотивированный отказ. Срок оказания государственной услуги в течение 10 дней с момента регистрации заявления.При выявлении оснований для отказа в оказании государственной услуги, ответственный государственный инспектор по карантину растений уведомляет услугополучателя о предварительном решении об отказе в присвоении учетного номера объекту производства, а также времени и месте (способе) проведения заслушивания для возможности выразить услугополучателю позицию по предварительному решению.Процедура заслушивания проводится в соответствии со статьей 73 Административного процедурно-процессуального кодекса Республики Казахстан. Порядок обжалования по вопросам оказания государственных услугЖалоба на решение, действие (бездействие) территориального подразделения (услугодателя) по вопросам оказания государственных услуг подается на имя руководителя территориального подразделения (услугодателя), ведомства уполномоченного органа, уполномоченного органа, в уполномоченный орган по оценке и конторою за качеством оказания государственных услуг.При поступлении жалобы в соответствии с пунктом 4 статьи 91 АППК РК, территориальное подразделение (услугодатель) направляет ее в орган, рассматривающий жалобу (вышестоящий административный орган и (или) должностное лицо), не позднее 3 (трех) рабочих дней со дня поступления. He studied the Alash movement and authored 10 monographs, two textbooks, and over 200 scientific articles. Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor A. Bakir received the "Ibrai Altynsarin" badge, the Certificate of Honor from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and is an Honorary Citizen of Kyzylorda. Abdulla Shulenbaev was born in 1950 in Kyzylorda. He graduated from the Almaty Medical Institute, specializing in general medicine. He began his career in 1973 as a doctor at the Kyzylorda Regional Hospital, where he became the head of the department and later the director of the regional medical center. After retiring, he continued to work at the regional multidisciplinary hospital, sharing his experience with young surgeons. Over more than fifty years, A. Shulenbaev performed over 15,000 operations, saving the lives of thousands of patients. Today, he continues to work as a consulting surgeon. He has received the Certificate of Honor from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the "Kurmet" Order, the "Shapagat" medal, and the "For Contribution to Healthcare" badge. The National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan continues its active preparations for the Victory Parade, which will take place on May 7, 2025, in Astana. Guardsmen are inspecting vehicles, performing maintenance, polishing exteriors, and blackening tires to ensure the armored vehicles look flawless.A total of 17 units of modern armored vehicles from the National Guard will participate in the parade, including the Barys 6×6, Alan-2 (domestically produced), and Cobra II. Additionally, the Ural VV, a personnel transport vehicle with a capacity of up to 17 people, designed for operation in high-risk areas, will be featured.- These armored wheeled vehicles are designed for transporting personnel and cargo while providing the required level of bulletproof protection, as well as for carrying out operational and combat tasks, - said Arsen Shaimardanov, head of the armored service.To ensure the seamless operation of the equipment during the parade, combat vehicle crews, drivers, technical specialists, and medical support teams have been mobilized.Besides the mechanized column, over 400 guardsmen will represent the National Guard at the parade. This includes two marching formations: patrol and guard service personnel and special forces unit "Bürkit". Additionally, 30 servicemen from the consolidated orchestra of Kazakhstan’s security forces will provide musical accompaniment for the event.This year, the Victory Parade will involve 4,500 servicemen from the Armed Forces, other military branches, and law enforcement units of Kazakhstan. The Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Economic Research Institute (ERI), held a series of seminars aimed at involving stakeholders and citizens in promoting the Agenda for Sustainable Development. The events were held in a number of cities, including Almaty, Semey, Aktau, Astana, Zhezkazgan, Petropavlovsk, Kyzylorda, as well as other regions of the country.The purpose of the seminars is to exchange views on the localization of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), identify priority areas taking into account public opinion, identify current regional problems, search for sustainable solutions, and develop proactive measures for their implementation. Special attention is paid to the involvement of all categories of the population in the process of preparing the third Voluntary National Review of Kazakhstan.The events were attended by deputy akims of regions and representatives of state bodies, deputies of maslikhats, representatives of civil society and the business sector.Participants of the meetings emphasized the importance of integrating national SDG indicators into strategic and program documents at the local level, as well as systematic planning of steps for their implementation. In her speech, Director of the department for the development of the social sphere, law enforcement and special bodies of the MNE Nurgul Zhannazarova noted that the creation of regional institutional mechanisms is of great importance for improving the quality of life of the population and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. Local executive bodies play a key role in the implementation of the Agenda until 2030, and priority areas of the review are formed taking into account the opinions of various groups of society. She added that achieving the SDGs is a common task, and we must qualitatively prepare the Review.During the discussions, participants voiced concrete proposals to strengthen monitoring of SDG implementation. Thus, seminar participants proposed to include a separate block on SDGs in the National Development Plan and regional plans within the framework of project offices, which will allow systematically tracking the impact of implemented projects on achieving the SDGs.
