Deputies of the city Maslikhat together with members of the Public Council of Ust-Kamenogorsk visited the territories of cemeteries in order to monitor their contents. From November 1 to 2, the city of Kostanay hosted the 15th International Hand-to-Hand Combat Tournament dedicated to the memory of World Champion and Police Major Ruslan Mukanov. This year, representatives from 155 countries and over 4,100 foreign companies are participating, with over 449,000 professional visitors.
