Currently, 12 cemeteries are on the balance sheet of the municipal housing and communal services department, the contractor is carrying out work on garbage removal and fence repairs, and in winter, the main driveways will be cleared of snow. During the departure, it was noted that in addition to timely garbage removal, cemetery territories need: routine maintenance of driveways, pruning of deadwood to prevent trees from falling on burials and maintaining safety, and the arrangement of special places for storing garbage. A seminar was held by the Office of the Akim of Kostanay region and the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in Kostanay region in order to enhance the competencies of ethics commissioners and personnel management specialists.The seminar was attended by: Baglay Bauyrzhan, Director of the Kostanay Branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, MA in International Relations, invited speakers, experts, ethics officers of the Ministry of Economic Development, territorial divisions of the Central State Educational Institution and specialists of personnel management services.E.A. For example, the office of the Akim of the region held 142 contests for vacant positions in the office of the akim of the region and regional administrations in 3 quarters of this year. The number of participants is 521 people. There were no age, nationality, or gender restrictions during the above-mentioned contests. Most of the participants were aged 40 to 50 years (187 participants), 23 to 29 years old (114 participants), 30 to 35 years old (99 participants), 35 to 40 years old (56 participants), aged 50 and above (39 participants), under 23 years old (20 participants). There are 260 female participants and 261 men. This information clearly demonstrates the equality of participants in competitions for vacant positions. There are significantly more women working in local executive bodies of the region (63%) than men (37%).The share of women in the leadership of local executive bodies of the region is 17%, including 7 out of 20 heads of regional administrations (35%).Throughout their work in the civil service, employees have the right to equal opportunities for professional development, retraining and professional growth, and equal opportunities for career growth based on professional qualities are respected, in accordance with the principle of meritocracy. Following the results of the seminar, a dialogue took place in the format of a round table on the topic: "The role of Ethics commissioners in preventing discrimination and violations of professional equality in the civil service."During the round table, the participants exchanged views and made suggestions. A seminar at the Zhambyl Region State Revenue Departments focused on changes to the Tax Code from 2026. 06.11.2025

“OYAN, QAZAQ!” – WORDS THAT LIVE IN THE HEARTS OF GENERATIONS. 06.11.2025
On November 6, the Central District Library, together with the staff of the Yelubai Omirzakov House of Culture, held a literary and musical evening titled “Mirzhakyp’s Spirit is Eternal,” dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding writer, poet, publicist, teacher, and public figure Mirzhakyp Dulatuly. With welcoming speeches, the Head of the Department of Culture and Language Development Zhanat Nugmanova and the imam of the Ayet mosque Islam Khamzin addressed the audience, emphasizing the importance of preserving the spiritual heritage of the great educator and his contribution to the formation of national consciousness. Teachers Ulbosyn Sakaуova from the Beyimbet Mailin School and Meruert Zhортynbayeva from the Sapar Yergaliev School spoke about the role of the Alash party in the history of Kazakhstan and the significance of Mirzhakyp Dulatuly’s works. In their speeches, they stressed that the ideas and works of Mirzhakyp remain relevant even today — inspiring love for the Motherland, the pursuit of knowledge, and loyalty to one’s people. During the evening, songs, kuis, and terme were performed. Guardsmen Take First Place at International Hand-to-Hand Combat Tournament 06.11.2025
From November 1 to 2, the city of Kostanay hosted the 15th International Hand-to-Hand Combat Tournament dedicated to the memory of World Champion and Police Major Ruslan Mukanov. Washington, D.C., November 5, 2025 – Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yermek Kosherbayev took part in a meeting between the foreign ministers of Central Asian countries and U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, held as part of a formal reception marking the upcoming anniversary meeting in the C5+1 format.During the talks, the parties discussed prospects for expanding strategic partnership and addressed a wide range of issues on the bilateral agenda, including the strengthening of trade and investment cooperation. It was noted that Kazakhstan remains the leading economic partner of the United States in Central Asia. Since gaining independence, the gross inflow of U.S. direct investment to Kazakhstan has exceeded 60 billion dollars, accounting for over 80% of the total volume in the region.Particular attention was paid to issues of regional cooperation within the C5+1 format. At the 8th China International Import Expo (CIIE) in Shanghai, QazTrade, the single export development operator under the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan, showcased the potential of cooperatives. This year, the country was represented at all four venues: the national pavilion, the All-China Federation of Cooperatives (China Co-Op) stand, the Jiangsu SOHO area, and, for the first time, a separate pavilion for the city of Almaty. This comprehensive approach attracted a record number of Kazakhstani producers.Thanks to the joint work of QazTrade and the National Association of Cooperatives of the Republic of Kazakhstan (NACOFEC) with China Coop, China's largest cooperative chain, the first batches of honey, kumys, shubat, and confectionery will soon appear on store shelves in China. The Shanghai International Import Expo is in its eighth year, bringing together major players in global trade. This year, representatives from 155 countries and over 4,100 foreign companies are participating, with over 449,000 professional visitors. This year, over 100 Kazakhstani manufacturers are participating, a record number for the country's participation in the CIIE."For Kazakhstan, participation in the Shanghai Expo has long been a strategic priority. This platform opens up new export opportunities for domestic producers and serves as a gateway not only to China but also to other global markets," noted Minister of Trade and Integration Arman Shakkaliyev."The Shanghai Expo is taking on particular significance amid changes in China's economic policy. The country is focusing on developing domestic consumption through imports, stimulating the influx of high-quality goods from around the world. The Chinese government's official roadmap this year places particular emphasis on developing trade with developing countries, including Central Asia," the minister added.By participating in the Shanghai Expo, Kazakh companies not only sign export contracts but also gain access to the world's largest consumer market. Over the past five years, mutual trade has nearly doubled, reaching $30.2 billion by 2024. The document aims to develop digital trade between Kazakhstan and China, create online platforms and digital tools for product promotion, and accelerate export processes. The parties agreed to jointly promote Kazakh food and agricultural products on the Chinese market, develop modern technologies and logistics, and improve mutual settlement conditions. OIG Group is one of the largest and most technologically advanced players in the food import sector in China. The company is among the country's top 500 largest enterprises, works with 31,000 suppliers worldwide, and has 15 offices in China and 11 representative offices abroad. OIG's platform handles 18% of all frozen food imported into China. This represents one in seven beef steaks, one in six chicken breasts, and one in five shrimp in the Chinese market."The Ministry of Trade and Integration is creating conditions for small and medium-sized businesses to enter international markets and integrate into global value chains. We are promoting Kazakhstani products in China using a regionalization approach—opening pavilions, representative offices, and trading houses in different provinces. Partner offices are already operating in Urumqi and Nanjing. Following the exhibition, new agreements were reached to expand the geographic presence of Kazakhstani companies. The Samara district's tourism industry is actively developing: this summer, nearly 50,000 tourists visited the Samara coast.
