As part of the 2025 spring conscription campaign, the ranks of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan have been reinforced by young servicemen from various regions of the country. The first groups of new recruits from Mangystau and Pavlodar regions have arrived at military units 5571 and 5573.In Almaty, young men from the city of Aktau joined military unit 5571, named after Hero of the Soviet Union, Guard Colonel Baurzhan Momyshuly.The unit commander, Colonel Maksat Baymagulov, formally welcomed the new recruits and emphasized the importance of their decision:“Today is a special day.         On May 22, 2025, the second meeting of the heads of customs services from Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan in the “Central Asia – China” format was held in Almaty. The event was chaired by Zhandos Duisembayev, Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.       Participants discussed key areas of cooperation, including the digitalization of customs procedures, management of border checkpoints, personnel training, and experience exchange. The Second Republican Forum of Soldiers’ Mothers took place in Astana.
