The Tanym Corporate Training Center of the Government for Citizens State Corporation summed up the results of its work for the first half of 2025. From January to June, more than 4,000 employees of 30 government agencies and quasi-public sector organizations were trained at the center. The audience got acquaintedwith the bestpractices of holdingsuchmeetings,ways to build an effectivedialogueandresolvedifficultsituations.This is importantbecause, in addition to workinginthee-Online system, the format of directcommunicationwith the publicremains in demand,whichrequiresspecialskillsfromemployees.In addition, the participants studied methods for identifying hidden government services and using digital tools to increase their accessibility. This is especially important because the State Corporation provides a wide range of services that cover more than 50 information systems of various government agencies. Many of these services require well-coordinated cooperation between departments in order to provide citizens with fast and high-quality service.
