Срок оказания государственной услуги в течение 10 дней с момента регистрации заявления.При выявлении оснований для отказа в оказании государственной услуги, ответственный государственный инспектор по карантину растений уведомляет услугополучателя о предварительном решении об отказе в присвоении учетного номера объекту производства, а также времени и месте (способе) проведения заслушивания для возможности выразить услугополучателю позицию по предварительному решению.Процедура заслушивания проводится в соответствии со статьей 73 Административного процедурно-процессуального кодекса Республики Казахстан. Порядок обжалования по вопросам оказания государственных услугЖалоба на решение, действие (бездействие) территориального подразделения (услугодателя) по вопросам оказания государственных услуг подается на имя руководителя территориального подразделения (услугодателя), ведомства уполномоченного органа, уполномоченного органа, в уполномоченный орган по оценке и конторою за качеством оказания государственных услуг.При поступлении жалобы в соответствии с пунктом 4 статьи 91 АППК РК, территориальное подразделение (услугодатель) направляет ее в орган, рассматривающий жалобу (вышестоящий административный орган и (или) должностное лицо), не позднее 3 (трех) рабочих дней со дня поступления. Жалоба территориальным подразделением (услугодателем) не направляется в орган, рассматривающий жалобу (вышестоящий административный орган и (или) должностное лицо), при принятии благоприятного акта, совершения административного действия, полностью удовлетворяющие требования, указанные в жалобе.Жалоба услугополучателя в соответствии с пунктом 2 статьи 25 Закона о государственных услугах подлежит рассмотрению:территориальным подразделением (услугодателем), ведомством уполномоченного органа, уполномоченным органом – в течение 5 (пяти) рабочих дней со дня ее регистрации;уполномоченным органом по оценке и контролю за качеством оказания государственных услуг – в течение 15 (пятнадцати) рабочих дней со дня ее регистрации.Срок рассмотрения жалобы ведомством уполномоченного органа, уполномоченным органом, уполномоченным органом по оценке и контролю за качеством оказания государственных услуг в соответствии с пунктом 4 статьи 25 Закона о государственных услугах продлевается не более чем 10 (десять) рабочих дней для:1) проведения дополнительного изучения или проверки по жалобе либо проверки с выездом на место;2) получения дополнительной информации.При продлении срока рассмотрения жалобы должностное лицо, наделенное полномочиями по рассмотрению жалоб, в течение 3 (трех) рабочих дней с момента продления срока рассмотрения жалобы сообщает в письменной форме (при подаче жалобы на бумажном носителе) или электронной форме (при подаче жалобы в электронном виде) услугополучателю, подавшему жалобу, о продлении срока рассмотрения жалобы с указанием причины продления.Если иное не предусмотрено законом, обращение в суд допускается после обжалования в досудебном порядке в соответствии с пунктом 5 статьи 91 АППК РК.             При возникновении вопросов в области государственных услуг по карантину растений, Вы можете обратиться в Федоровскую РТИ. В соответствии со ст. 13, п. 3 ст.14-5 Закона РК «О защите растений» и приказа Министра сельского хозяйства РК от 29 июня 2015 года № 15-02/584 «Об утверждении фитосанитарных нормативов, форм фитосанитарного учета, а также Правил их представления», физические и юридические лица, деятельность которых связана с объектами государственного фитосанитарного контроля, обязаны предоставлять формы фитосанитарного учета: ФУ-1. Отчет о производстве и (или) реализации пестицидов, биоагентов.  Сроки представления: в РТИ, два раза в год, до 10 июля и до 10 января следующего за отчетным периодом;          ФУ-2. Отчет о движении пестицидов, биоагентов. Сроки представления: в РТИ, два раза в год, до 10 июля и до 10 января по месту фактического движения; ФУ-3. Отчет о хранении пестицидов, биоагентов. Сроки представления: в РТИ, ежегодно, до 10 января по месту фактического хранения; ФУ-4. Отчет о проведении химических обработок. Сроки представления: в РТИ ежемесячно, с марта по сентябрь, до 10 числа каждого месяца, следующего за отчетным; ФУ-5. Отчет по обезвреживанию запрещенных, пришедших в негодность пестицидов и тары из-под них, а также тары из-под использованных пестицидов. Nalibayev.The akim of the region acknowledged the brave efforts of veterans for the benefit of their homeland, highlighting their life paths as worthy of imitation. On behalf of all residents, he congratulated the heroes on their anniversaries and wished them good health and happiness in their families. Abdizhalel Bakir was born in 1940 in the Syrdarya region. He graduated from the philological faculty of the Kyzylorda Pedagogical Institute named after N.V. Gogol. He began his career as a school teacher and later held senior positions in the Kyzylorda City Committee of the Komsomol, Komsomol and party bodies, the Kazakhstan-Kyzylorda TV channel, and the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University. As a deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament, he contributed to the adoption of several laws, including "On Mass Media," "On Advertising," "On Languages," and "On Political Parties." He studied the Alash movement and authored 10 monographs, two textbooks, and over 200 scientific articles. Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor A. Bakir received the "Ibrai Altynsarin" badge, the Certificate of Honor from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and is an Honorary Citizen of Kyzylorda. Abdulla Shulenbaev was born in 1950 in Kyzylorda. He graduated from the Almaty Medical Institute, specializing in general medicine. He began his career in 1973 as a doctor at the Kyzylorda Regional Hospital, where he became the head of the department and later the director of the regional medical center. After retiring, he continued to work at the regional multidisciplinary hospital, sharing his experience with young surgeons. Over more than fifty years, A. Shulenbaev performed over 15,000 operations, saving the lives of thousands of patients. Today, he continues to work as a consulting surgeon. He has received the Certificate of Honor from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the "Kurmet" Order, the "Shapagat" medal, and the "For Contribution to Healthcare" badge. He is also an Honorary Citizen of the Kyzylorda Region.As part of the meeting, the heroes of the occasion were awarded Certificates of Honor of the region.
