At a meeting of the headquarters for ensuring economic growth chaired by Vice-Prime Minister – minister of national economy Serik Zhumangarin, issues of development of east Kazakhstan and Pavlodar regions, as well as the agricultural sector, were considered.The share of agriculture in Kazakhstan's GDP is 3,9%. The task of economic growth of the industry for this year is to ensure +2% to last year's figure. For two months of this year, the volume of gross agricultural output increased by 3,2% and amounted to 434,1 billion tenge. It is planned to achieve the planned indicator through the implementation of approaches of long-term state support for subjects of the agro-industrial complex.According to Vice-Minister of Agriculture Azat Sultanov, an important factor in the availability of concessional lending for spring field work was the ability to receive loans through SEC (Social and entrepreneurial corporations)  in 2024. Now farmers can receive concessional loans for SFW through six channels: Agrarian Credit Corporation, SEC, second-tier banks, credit partnerships, regional investment centers and MFOs. To date, about 5 thousand applications have been received for a total amount of 367,3 billion tenge. And SEC are leading in terms of the volume of loans issued (39% of the total volume of funds issued).Along with this, the implementation of the guarantee program in the amount of 85% of the loan amount for spring field work for farmers with insufficient collateral base continues. For this year, 502 guarantees have already been issued for a total guarantee amount of 85,9 billion tenge, the amount of loans amounted to 101,1 billion tenge. For the entire last year, 401 applications were guaranteed for a guarantee amount of 80 billion tenge, the loan amount amounted to 94,2 billion tenge.In the field of food production, for two months of this year, there is an increase in the production of sugar (from 15,2 thousand tons to 65,6 thousand tons), vegetable oil by 26,7%, sausages by 12%, butter by 11,2%, flour by 6,8% and fermented milk products by 3,5%. For the further development of food production, a Comprehensive plan for the development of agricultural products processing is being implemented.Within the framework of the plan, 37 investment projects worth more than 30 billion tenge have already been commissioned in 2024. As part of the AlmatyFair.ai exhibition, a signing ceremony was held for an investment agreement between the Government of Kazakhstan and Singapore-based GK Hyperscale Ltd for the construction and operation of two hyperscale data centers. The agreement was signed by Kazakhstan’s Minister of Digital Development, Innovations, and Aerospace Industry, Zhaslan Madiev, and the CEO of GK Hyperscale Ltd, Michael Dickerson.The construction of the data centers will attract $1.5 billion in investments, with a total IT capacity of 200 MW. The data centers will comply with the Tier 3 standard.These data centers will serve as the foundation for the development of cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, and high-performance computing (HPC). The project will create more than 360 highly skilled jobs, while the share of local content will amount to at least $1.2 billion, covering the procurement of goods and services from domestic companies.According to Zhaslan Madiev, at least 50% of the data centers' revenue is expected to come from export contracts."A project of this scale and quality will help attract international tech giants such as Microsoft, Google, and Amazon, as well as companies working with big data and artificial intelligence. Respect for traditions and love for the native land is rooted in the sacred black shanyrak."On March 17, on the day of culture and national traditions, the Palace of culture "Kokshetau" held a regional competition "Tetty Kelin-otbasy Gorki", dedicated to the celebration of Nauryz, the great day of the nation.Young brides tried their hand at 4 different stages: "Hello – the mother of the word" - presentation, "Ulagatty otbasy – the value of the nation" - a theatrical performance with family members based on the traditions and customs of the Kazakh people, "blessed hands"-a demonstration of the tea ceremony or the art of spreading bread according to the choice of candidates, "moral and talented bride" - a demonstration of their skills and creative abilities.The jury consisted of Esmukhanova Mara Karakovna, a veteran of Labor, a correspondent of the newspaper "Kokshetau" Zhunus Asem Ulanovna, a teacher of the educational and methodological center of the state language Sharipova Kuralai Kushkinbayevna. On March 28, 2025, in accordance with the plan of the spring vacation school, Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held master classes as part of regional workshop “Author’s program as an indicator of creative growth of teachers”. The event took place at Shakarim Secondary School No. 1 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city.Around 100 methodologists from district and city education departments, subject teachers with the official and Russian languages of instruction participated in the event.The following experts delivered master classes:Almira K. Nuksarina, a primary school teacher, Secondary School No. 9 of Education Department of Altai town of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, presented a master class on the topic “Avtorlyk bagdarlama zhazu maseleleri zhane praktika”;Oksana V. Makiyenko, a teacher of computer science, Regional Specialized Lyceum School for Gifted Children in Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, presented a master class on “Developing an author’s program: creation, approval, implementation”;Zhanar M. Sakanova, a teacher of art of Secondary School No. 47 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, presented a master class on “Avtorlyk bagdarlama zhazudyn talaptary men kezenderi”;Madi K. Meirbayev, a teacher of history of Saryterek Secondary School of Education Department of Zaisan district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, presented a master class on “Tarikh pani boiynsha avtorlyk bagdarlama zhazu zholdary”;Maria A. Chudinovskaya, a teacher of the Russian language and literature of D. Kunayev Secondary School No. 3 of Education Department of Ridder town of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, presented a master class on “Pedagogical constructor. From idea to author’s program.”During the plenary session of the workshop, Alma T. Kenzhebayeva, Head of Methodological Department for Summarizing and Disseminating Pedagogical Experience and Publishing Activities of Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, discussed the requirements and criteria for writing an “Author’s Program”. The participants and speakers received certificates and letters of appreciation.
