Pension and target savings (accrued to minor citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the framework of the program "National Fund for Children") are the property of an individual in whose name the account in the UAPF is opened.                  24-25 апреля 2025 года состоялся ознакомительный визит делегации Республики Таджикистан (далее – РТ) в Единый накопительный пенсионный фонд.  Мероприятие прошло при содействии Всемирного Банка.В составе делегации были представители Агентства социального страхования и пенсий при Правительстве РТ (АССП), Агентства инновации и цифровых технологий при Президенте РТ (АИЦТ), Группы реализации «Проекта модернизации социальной защиты и экономической интеграции» при Министерстве здравоохранения и социальной защиты населения РТ (ГРП). Construction is planned to begin in the second half of 2025. The cost of the project is 408.4 billion tenge, the capacity is 388 thousand tons, the launch is in 2027, 800 jobs.• The plant for the production of terephthalic acid and polyethylene terephthalate — a strategic partner is being sought.
