In December last year, the installation of an irrigation and water supply system, the laying of power and lighting cables, as well as the felling of trees for sanitary purposes were completed.This year, in April-May, when the sun warms up, it is planned to lay paving stones, install small architectural objects, and plant more than 200 large oak trees and other greenery.It should be noted that the most visited pedestrian street in the Almaly district - Panfilov Street (10-15 thousand people per day) - has not been repaired since 2017. In November 2024, the project to improve the section from Kabanbai Batyr Street to Zhibek Zholy Avenue was completed. The Alatau Traditional Art Theater has opened 10 inclusive clubs for people with disabilities, teaching them dance, singing, singing in sign language, comedy, and the art of dactylology for the deaf.
