The construction was carried out by Urba Standard LLP. There are 8 apartments in 1 residential building. Among them, there are 2 1-room apartments (36.4 m²), 4 2-room apartments (59.4 and 52.2 m²) and 2 3-room apartments (74.8 m²).✔️It should be noted that since the establishment of the Turkestan region, that is, from 2018 to 2024, more than 14 thousand families have been provided with housing. Of these, 7,567 families were provided with communal housing, and 6,594 families were provided with mortgage housing through the "7-20-25" and "Family Bank" programs. If we look at the dynamics here, approximately 2,200 apartments are provided annually from the communal housing stock and through various mortgage programs. Last year alone, the country was provided with 1,174 communal houses and 977 residential mortgage houses.
