APPLICATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE JANUARY UNT WILL BE ACCEPTED ON DECEMBER 20.
On December 20, applications for participation in the January UNT will be accepted, which will last until December 30. You will be able to register on the website of the National Testing Center app.testcenter.kz or via the UTO app. The testing itself will take place from January 10 to February 10.
Let us remind you that the January UNT involves people who have not scored a threshold score based on the results of summer testing and are enrolled in full-time education on a paid basis, who are studying at a university, who want to transfer from creative educational institutions to other areas of training on a paid basis, who want to transfer to pedagogical areas of training on a paid basis, as well as graduate students classes of schools for admission to the university on a fee-based basis, if desired.
During registration, the test takers choose the place, date and time of the test themselves.
The number of subjects at the UNT remains the same – three compulsory and two to choose from. The number of tasks for the UNT-2024 remains unchanged – 120. Including 20 assignments on "History of Kazakhstan", 10 assignments on "Reading literacy", 10 assignments on "Mathematical literacy" and 40 assignments in two specialized subjects. The maximum number of points also remains unchanged – 140 points.
In order to improve the preparation for the UNT, training tests have been launched. At the beginning of the academic year, the following were published on the NTC website:: a list of references and a test plan for which assignments were made; a list of 100 historical dates in the subjects "History of Kazakhstan" and "World History"; a list of terms in "Computer Science"; a list of literary works on "Kazakh literature" and "Russian literature". A calculator, periodic table, and salt solubility table will also be available for all applicants in the testing program.
The testing time is 4 hours (240 minutes). It is worth noting that an additional 40 minutes will be saved for children with special educational needs.
