The Ministry of Defense has prepared a draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Serbia on cooperation in the field of defense."
The draft resolution was developed in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 5 and subparagraph 2) of Article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 30, 2005 "On International Treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The agreement will allow for cooperation in such areas as defense policy and security, military education and training of military personnel, logistics, military medicine, combat training, consultations on issues related to peacekeeping operations and other mutually agreed areas.
