The Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a meeting with local executive bodies, JSC "Zhasyl Damu" and JSC "Industrial Development Fund" on investment projects in the field of waste management under the mechanism of preferential financing through recycling. This meeting was held in order to carry out timely monitoring of the progress of investment projects.
The Ministry informed that when implementing projects, M&E needs to pay special attention to the needs and current situation of municipal waste management infrastructure in accordance with Municipal Waste Management Programs.
