Akmola region celebrated the Day of the Power Engineer with a solemn event at which the best specialists of the industry were awarded. A number of employees received awards on behalf of the President of Kazakhstan for their professionalism and significant contribution to the development of energy.
The Presidential decree awarded outstanding specialists in the energy industry. Natalia Ushakova, a leading engineer of the central dispatch service of Kokshetau Energy LLP, Valikhan Beisembekov, head of the Korgalzhyn district networks, Bakytzhan Karimov, master of the Shchuchinsky interdistrict branch of the Kokshetau Energy LLP, were awarded the Kurmet Order.
The Order of "Enbek Danky" of the III degree was awarded to Ganbat Sagyngan– master of the Koyandinsky line workshop section of the Tselinograd district electric networks and Talap Igenbayev, controller of the Kokshetau Zhylu thermal networks.
Anatoly Kulkov, head of the Kokshetau Zhylu boiler shop, was awarded the Yeren Enbegi Ushin medal.
Special attention was also paid to the merits of Dosymkhan Aralbayev, head of Kokshetau Energy LLP. Over 44 years in the industry, he has managed to modernize the region's energy supply system, introduce modern technologies and improve the working conditions of employees.
First Deputy Akim of Akmola region Eldos Ramazanov, on behalf of the akim of the region and the residents, expressed his sincere gratitude to all the power engineers.
"Your work is the foundation for the development of our region. You provide heat and light in homes, stability in businesses, and comfort in every corner of the region. Thank you for your professionalism, responsibility and dedication," said Eldos Ramazanov.
By the way, significant successes have been achieved in the energy sector of the region over the past year. 4.2 billion tenge was allocated for the implementation of 16 electricity supply projects, of which seven projects have already been completed. 26.7 km of new networks have been built, and a transformer substation has been reconstructed in the village of Burabai, which will close the electricity shortage in the tourist area.
It is also planned to build six new substations in Kokshetau, Kosshy and Arshaly district in 2025-2027, which will ensure the stability of energy supply in the face of growing demand.
In 2024, 39.9 billion tenge was allocated to prepare for the heating season, which made it possible to repair 22 km of heating networks and reduce their wear to 39%. The program "Tariff in exchange for investments" also brought tangible results: 7.4 billion tenge was spent on the modernization of heating networks.
