In 2024, the staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan once again confirmed their high professional training and dedication. In different regions of the country, rescuers who are actively involved in the implementation of the state youth policy and who have shown exceptional bravery and dedication have been awarded prestigious awards.
The winners of the Rukhtastar Youth Award under the Amanat party were awarded in the capital. Yeldar Kanafiyanov, the commander of the HRC-24 department of Emergency Situations in Astana, was among the best. This nomination is awarded for dedication and bravery in emergency situations.
Eldar took part in extinguishing many complex fires and conducting emergency rescue operations. He was part of the metropolitan firefighters who went to extinguish forest fires in Kostanay region in 2022 and in Abai region in 2023. And this year, Eldar, as part of the capital's rescuers, participated in flood relief in Kostanay and West Kazakhstan regions, where he had to rescue people and animals, relocate residents of the region and protect their property. Yeldar Kanafiyanov started his career in the civil protection system in 2018 as a firefighter and rescuer.
"The demand for the lifeguard profession is quite high nowadays. Rescuers are the first to come to people's aid in case of floods, fires, natural disasters, accidents and accidents. The head of the guard of the Taraz fire department No. 20, Baydaulet Duissenov, became the winner of the youth award "Aulieata uzdigi–2024", organized by the akim of the Zhambyl region. The award ceremony took place at the regional palace of schoolchildren. It should be noted that this award is awarded by a special commission of the regional akimat, which selects laureates in 11 different professions, including participants from different fields. Baydaulet is a graduate of the M. Gabdullin Academy of Civil Protection. He began his career in 2022, becoming the head of the guard of the Kordai district fire department No. 15, then continued his service in the Taraz city fire department No. 20. In 2024, Baydaulet was a member of a rescue group sent from Zhambyl region to Akmola region during a flood. Thanks to Baydaulet's initiative, water was pumped out in 10 residential buildings and people were evacuated to safe places, for which the locals expressed their gratitude.
A solemn event "Zhyl uzdigi–2024" was held in the Aktobe City House of Culture. Danarbek Imangazin, Deputy Head of the Aktobe City School of Education, was awarded the Zhyl Uzdigi nomination for his contribution to the socio-economic development of the city.
The best young employees of the department were awarded diplomas and monetary certificates, which became a well-deserved recognition of their heroism and professionalism. These awards are not only recognition of their achievements, but also inspiration for future generations of rescuers who continue to guard the safety of citizens.
