An important part of the meeting was the discussion of the reception of citizens. The importance of feedback from the public, strengthening control over the quality of legal services provided and shortening the time for reviewing appeals was emphasized.
In addition, considerable attention is paid to ensuring information security. In the context of digitalization of public services, the meeting participants discussed measures to protect personal data and prevent cyber threats, which is an important component for increasing citizens' confidence in the work of the Ministry.
At the end of the meeting, Sandugash Yerseitova stressed that the implementation of the tasks set requires coordinated and professional work of all departments of the Ministry, as well as timely response to modern challenges.
