As part of the National Project "Comfortable School" initiated by the Head of State, two more schools of a new format with 1,500 places each were opened in the city of Kaskelen and the village of Kemertogan in the Almaty region, and 1 comfortable school with 2,000 places in the Turkestan region.
The key focus of the project is to create a functional and safe educational environment.:
• Separate study blocks for primary and secondary grades;
• enhanced security measures due to the introduction of modern technological solutions;
• An accessible environment for children with special educational needs;
• Advanced subject rooms and laboratories.
It should be noted that within the framework of the Comfortable School National Project, 7 schools with 17,000 student places have already been built in the Almaty region. Since the beginning of the academic year, 41 comfortable schools with more than 100,000 places have been put into operation in the country.
