Due to the reconstruction of the overpass near the Astana Opera State Opera and Ballet Theater on Kunayev Street, temporary changes have been made to the organization of traffic since February 19 of this year.
In order to reduce traffic congestion, it is temporarily allowed to use the Bus Lane on Turan Avenue from Syganak Street to Korgalzhyn Highway.
We ask residents and guests of the city to be understanding and take into account the changes on the capital's roads.
After the construction of the overpass is completed, road signs will be restored. Information about this will be additionally published on official sources on social networks.
We ask drivers to observe the speed limit and plan their movement in advance, taking into account the closed section of Kunayev Street. Let us remind you that, by agreement with the Administrative Police Department of the Astana PD, the road section of Kunayev Street from Kabanbai Batyr Avenue to Turan Avenue will be closed from February 19 to October 30 this year. At the same time, traffic will be provided via the adjacent Dostyk and Sarayshyk streets.
