Dear taxpayers,
The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs that from 12:00 p.m. on March 18, 2025, technical work is being carried out in the Electronic Invoices information system.
In accordance with subparagraph 2) paragraph 2 of Article 412 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and paragraphs 64, 65 of the Rules for Registration of agricultural products (Order No. 1424 dated December 26, 2019), taxpayers have the right to issue paper agricultural products, ESF and deposit in the ESF IP:
- an invoice issued on paper within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from December 19 March 2025;
an accompanying bill of lading for goods issued on paper within 3 (three) business days from March 19, 2025.
However, penalties will not be applied.
The resumption of access to the ESF IP will be announced additionally.
