Resolution of the Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Development of Financial Market of 20 March 2025 № 10 «On some issues of voluntary reorganisation of Joint Stock Company «Microfinance Organisation «KMF (KMF)» in the form of conversion into a bank:

- JSC «MFO «KMF (KMF)» was granted permission for voluntary reorganisation in the form of conversion into a bank;

- Corporate Fund «KMF – Demeu» was granted consent to acquire the status of bank holding company of the bank and permission to establish a subsidiary organisation - a bank to be established as a result of voluntary reorganisation of JSC «MFO «KMF» in the form of conversion into a bank.
