On March 4, 2025, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of the head of the regional akim's office E.Kh. Tekeshov on the results of work on applications in 2024.
The meeting was attended by the head of the department for analysis and control of applications of the Department of Legal Statistics and Special Accounting of the region (hereinafter referred to as the Department of Analysis and Control of Applications of the Department of Legal Statistics and Special Accounting of the RK BP KSzhaEK RK), D.A. Tyulentaeva, the prosecutor of the Department of Analysis and Control of Applications of the Department of Analysis and Control of Applications of the RK BP KSzhaEK RK, E. Kairatuly, heads of the offices of akims of cities and districts, deputy heads of departments, representatives of structural divisions and subordinate institutions.
The head of the department for control of the consideration of applications of the regional akim's office A. Khairulla reported on the results of the work of local executive bodies on the consideration of applications in 2024, made proposals for improving positions in 2025.
The head of the department for analysis and control of applications of the Department of Analysis and Control of Applications of the Department of Analysis and Control of Applications of the RK BP KSzhaEK RK D.A. Tyulentayeva spoke in detail about the most common violations during the registration and consideration of applications. She explained the need and norms for compliance with the requirements of the Administrative Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Rules for Recording and Registration of Applications, and warned about the responsibility of first managers for violating the requirements of the legislation.
The heads of state bodies were heard, and it was noted that negligence was shown in working with citizens' applications.
Summing up the meeting, the head of the regional akim's office noted that organizing work with applications is a priority. She noted the importance of analytical work, the need for a systematic approach, and strict compliance with the requirements of the legislation when considering them. She paid special attention to active work and organizing personal receptions.
