Issues of introduction since 1 April 2019 the new order of appointment of address social assistance were discussed during a meeting in Kokshetau with the participation of akims of districts and Deputy akims in charge of social issues, as well as akims of rural districts under the chairmanship of the Minister of labor and social protection of population of the Republic of Kazakhstan Berdibek Saparbayev.

Today, on March 28, a number of events in the execution of new social measures, announced at the XVIII Congress of "Nur Otan" party was held during the visit of the working group consisting of the first heads of the social block of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan headed by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Abdykalikova G. N. in Akmola region in Kokshetau city.

In particular, the program of the working group included a meeting with large and low-income families, a visit to the branch of "Government for citizens" NJSC, a meeting on the implementation of the state program of health care development "Densaulyk", a visit to the Population employment center, a meeting on social support for certain categories of citizens, as well as a meeting with the active region on the observance of labor rights of workers, the development of social partnership and social responsibility of business.

At the same time, an important event of the working visit was a meeting chaired by the Minister of labor and social protection of population of the Republic of RK Berdibek Saparbayev, where the issues of increasing incomes and improving the quality of life of the low-income segment of the population, solving the most urgent problems of concern to low-income citizens and requiring priority consideration were discussed.

"Elbasy in his speech at the XVIII Congress of "Nur Otan" party noted that the main priority is to ensure a decent standard of living of citizens and the development of Kazakhstan as a socially oriented state. In this regard, our main efforts are aimed at the implementation of new social initiatives in the first direction – increasing incomes and support for the low-income segment of the population ", - said Berdibek Saparbayev, speaking to the akims of districts, their deputies and akims of rural districts.

Also on the same day, Berdibek Saparbayev held a reception of citizens on social support, during which he responded to a number of appeals from residents of Akmola region.
