ASTANA, 10 September, 2017 - President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev opened the First Summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation on science and technology.

The heads of delegations adopted Astana declaration of the First Summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation on science and technology “Science and technology, innovation and modernization in Islamic world"

Also, the OIC Chairman's summary report of the meeting of heads of State and Government on the Rohingya muslim community in Myanmar was approved.
