Kazakh Foreign Minister receives new ambassadors
14.04.2025 09:35:15 330NUR-SULTAN, October 17, 2019 – Mukhtar Tileuberdi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, received the Ambassadors of Germany, the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan and the United Kingdom.
In light of the upcoming official visit of President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, to Berlin, he discussed future bilateral cooperation with the Ambassador of Germany Tilo Klinner.
At a meeting with UAE Ambassador Mohammed Al Jaber, the Arab diplomat presented to President Tokayev “the carpet of the world”, a symbol of tolerance, on behalf of the UAE’s leadership.
During the talks with the Ambassador of Pakistan Imtiaz Ahmad Kazi, the sides agreed to continue to develop mutually beneficial cooperation, mentioning in this regard the importance of an early holding of the next meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission between the two states in Islamabad.
Ambassador of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Michael Gifford informed the Minister about the preparations for the upcoming events in London on October 23-24, 2019, including the annual Kazakhstan Global Investment Forum-2019, the Business Council and the 6th meeting of the Kazakh-British Intergovernmental Commission.
