Complex digital solutions

The weather center combines complex solutions for the implementation of video recording and video analytics system projects of 109, 112, public security services and "Sergek" JSC.
In order to increase road traffic safety in the regional center The "Mergen" hardware and software complex has installed a photo-video recording system for violations of PPE. It includes 202 complexes, 93 of which are located at intersections, and 109 are located on network sections of roads.

Functional information services

109 — the service is engaged in receiving, registering and processing messages from individuals and legal entities. Its area of ​​responsibility is communal management (heating, water supply, electricity supply, improvement of the urban and neighborhood environment). includes working with information, as well as urgent messages. Incoming data is quickly transmitted to the relevant housing and communal services for timely response.
The unified duty dispatch service provides rapid interaction with emergency services, including the 112-Emergency Department, the police and emergency medical care. 112 dispatch service provides urgent information for immediate response to emergency situations.

Development of digitization in the region

The weather center has been operating since 2019 and combines data flows in 11 areas of the region's life. Power BI tools and artificial intelligence technologies are actively used in the work of the center, which makes it possible to analyze data, predict the situation and make quick management decisions. This significantly increases the efficiency of the work of state bodies and the level of digitization of the region.
In 2024, within the framework of the task of the regional akim, the digitization of the data register and regular reporting began. Internal processes of state bodies were audited, based on which an assessment of their current state was made. The pilot departments were three regional departments: the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Employment Coordination, and the Department of Internal Policy. During the year, this work will be continued step by step to increase the efficiency of management and automation of processes.
Introduction of innovative solutions in the field of development and management of digital technologies will allow to quickly respond to the demands of citizens, increase the level of security and improve the quality of life of residents of East Kazakhstan region.
