The event was held in the southern regions and Atyrau region.

The large-scale action was aimed at cleaning urban areas, including yards, parks, squares, streets and public places. Local residents, students, representatives of enterprises and organizations, students united in order to clean their city from garbage.

As a result of their hard work, more than 800 tons of waste were collected and more than 23 thousand green plants were planted. About 88,000 people took part in the event, including more than 2,000 volunteers.

We remind you that the action was held within the concept of "Clean Kazakhstan" development of ecological culture. The main goal of the activities is to beautify the territories, increase the green areas and increase the environmental culture of the population.

It should be noted that on March 27, 3 more actions were started:

- within the framework of "Clean Business - Clean Zone", the collection and landscaping of the territories of business entities in the southern and western regions is being organized;

- within the framework of the "Tree for the City" campaign, if enterprises and organizations of the southern and western regions plant trees in common areas, it is special "Clean Zone" campaign has started in protected natural areas. In the framework of it, cleaning works will be carried out in the territories of all 14 EKTA and neighboring settlements in the last days of March and April.

Successful implementation of the activities will make a significant contribution to the implementation of the concept of "Clean Kazakhstan" - in addition to improving the environmental situation in the country, it will raise a new generation of citizens who are ready to take care of their future.
