Rabat, May 15, 2025 – Director General of the Islamic Organization for Food Security (IOFS) B.Aryn paid a working visit to the Kingdom of Morocco.

During the visit, meetings were held with Chairman of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Kingdom of Morocco R.Al Talbi, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Living Abroad N. Burita, Secretary General of the Ministry of Agriculture R.Arrache, Director of the National Institute of Agricultural Research L.Gauti and Director General of the International Center for Agricultural Research in Arid Regions (ICARDA) A. Abusabba.

At the meetings, the Moroccan side emphasized Kazakhstan's activity within the framework of the IOFS, expressing interest in Morocco's participation in various projects of the organization, especially in projects aimed at the African continent, in particular in the supply of fertilizers necessary for agriculture, as a country rich in phosphates.
