The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan pays special attention to the widespread use of social networks by society. In this regard, a new service for receiving applications from the public based on Telegram, the TazaQazBot chatbot, has been developed and put into operation since July 5 of this year.

The chatbot has attracted a lot of attention from citizens and it is safe to say that its popularity has been successfully launched among the country's residents.
