All elements of the common property of the house, their technical condition, characteristics and accessories are displayed in a single document - the inventory list of an apartment building. Its presence ensures transparency in the management of the Moscow Railways, protects the rights of owners and facilitates the process of maintenance and repair, the official website of the Astana Akimat reports.
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations", the common property of an apartment building belongs by right of common shared ownership to all owners of apartments and non-residential premises. For its accounting and protection, an inventory list is created, which is the basis for establishing the boundaries and composition of common property.
The chairmen of the AXIS and management entities are required to fill out inventory lists at least once a year, or when making changes at the time of capital work and equipment replacement.
This list captures all the elements related to common property: walls, roofs, entrances, utility networks, basements, attics, elevator equipment and the surrounding area. This allows owners to clearly understand which facilities they are required to maintain jointly, and also protects against misappropriation of common premises by third parties. If you have an inventory list of an apartment building, it is easier to track the targeted spending of the monthly tariff.
This document is also used to make estimates for the maintenance of the house and calculate the monthly contributions of the owners. The more accurate the list is, the more fairly the costs are distributed among the tenants.

The inventory list is a control tool for akimats, housing inspections and residents themselves. It serves as the basis for inspections of the activities of the AXIS or management company, as well as in the event of disputes between tenants and service organizations.
It is worth noting that this is not just a formal document, but a key tool for effective management and protection of owners' rights. It ensures transparency, fair cost allocation, repair planning, and protection from violations. Therefore, the creation and regular updating of inventory is a prerequisite for a long-term and comfortable stay in an apartment building.
