Dear Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the United States of America!

You are invited to participate in the national Referendum to be held on March 15, 2026.

On March 15, 2026 (from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. local time), Polling Station No. 381 at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the United States will conduct a national referendum on the draft of the new Constitution.

The voter list at Polling Station No. 381 will include all citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who:

• are 18 years of age or older,

• temporarily or permanently reside in the United States, and

• possess a valid passport or national ID card of a citizen of Kazakhstan.

To be included in the voter list, citizens are required to submit the following information:

• Full name

• IIN (Individual Identification Number)

• Residential address in the United States

• Contact phone number

Please send the above information by email to consuldc16@gmail.com or via WhatsApp to +7 (771) 222-2324 (for submission to the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

On the day of voting, you must present your passport of the Republic of Kazakhstan or your national ID card (including the digital version available via Egov.kz).
