Starting from January 1, 2026, Kazakhstan introduced mandatory accreditation of legal entities engaged in advisory support and expertise of public-private partnership (PPP) projects. The relevant norms are stipulated by the Law "On PPP" and the Order of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 52.

Following the meeting of the Accreditation Commission on February 13, 2026, three organizations received accreditation. Certificates of accreditation were issued to applicants within the time limits prescribed by law.

In accordance with the Rules of Accreditation, the Register of Accredited Persons is maintained in electronic form on the official Internet resource of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In this case, the certificate of accreditation is considered valid only if the relevant information is available in the Registry.

According to the Rules for the Implementation of PPP projects, government agencies, when involving consultants and experts, are required to verify the relevance of their certificates through the specified Register. The publication of information ensures the legal force of the issued certificates and the official admission of organizations to work on PPP projects.
