The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs that on February 20, 2026, from 11:05 a.m., the Electronic Invoices information system is unavailable for technical reasons.
We apologize for the inconvenience!
At the same time, we inform you that, if necessary, taxpayers have the right to issue a tax invoice and deposit it in the ECF for February 20, 2026:
an invoice issued on paper within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from February 21, 2026.;
an accompanying bill of lading for goods issued on paper within 3 (three) business days from February 23, 2026.
However, penalties will not be applied.
