District Akim Zhandos Erkinbek held an urgent special meeting regarding the situation caused by adverse weather conditions. During the meeting, issues related to power line failures, road safety, and ice prevention were comprehensively reviewed.

Heads of the responsible sectors reported on the ongoing work and discussed measures to intensify road treatment with sand-salt mixtures and cleaning operations.

The district akim assigned a number of tasks to the relevant officials, instructing them to keep the situation under constant control and ensure that коммунal services operate under an enhanced duty regime.
