On May 28, 2026, a training session was held at the State Institution "Office of the Akim of the Kostanay Region" as part of legal education to explain the procedure for conducting administrative procedures when considering applications, taking into account the latest amendments to the Administrative Procedural and Process Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The speaker of the event was the Head of the Department of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Zhidebayev Daulet Turarovich.

During the session, participants were explained issues related to the registration, recording, and consideration of applications, the procedure for determining the type of incoming documents, checking jurisdiction, handling duplicates, as well as the specifics of reflecting relevant actions in the IAS "Electronic Applications".

Special attention was paid to changes related to the recording of requests for personal reception, the use of form LP-1, the new alphabetical index "ZhK", and the procedure for generating reports on applications.

Following the legal education session, participants were given practical recommendations on the correct application of the changes in their daily work with applications from individuals and legal entities.
