Today, a regular meeting was held under the chairmanship of District Akim Zhandos Yerkinbek, during which the ecosystem of public services based on artificial intelligence was discussed.

From January to July 2026, institutions subordinate to the district akimat provided 3,193 public services, 99 percent of which were delivered electronically. During the reporting period, no violations of legislation in the provision of public services were registered, and no complaints or appeals regarding the quality of services were received. The district head instructed officials to strengthen work in this area and prevent any shortcomings.

The readiness of educational facilities for the new academic year remains a particular focus of the district head. Currently, repair and routine maintenance works are being carried out at a number of schools in the district using funds allocated from the regional budget. In this regard, the district education department was instructed to ensure that all works are completed fully and to a high standard before the start of the academic year, as well as to ensure the facilities’ readiness for the heating season.

Establishing an open dialogue with citizens is one of the key priorities. Therefore, the meeting also addressed the progress in resolving issues raised by residents during meetings with the district akim. Accordingly, a number of tasks were assigned to the heads of relevant sectors regarding the implementation of necessary works in the district, addressing issues affecting the quality of life of the population, and identifying ways to resolve them.

“Every issue raised by residents must receive due attention. Responsible officials must directly monitor the implementation and quality of the assigned tasks and ensure that timely information on the work carried out is provided. Deputy Akims of the district responsible for the relevant areas must keep the implementation of these assignments under constant control,” Zhandos Yerkinbek concluded the meeting.
