The senators have ratified the Framework Agreement on the Organization of operations in the private sector between the Government of Kazakhstan and the International Development Fund of the United Nations. The agreement guarantees long-term financing, investment protection and flexible terms of cooperation.The considered law was developed with the aim of developing cooperation between Kazakhstan and the OPEC Fund for International Development. The agreement will allow financing projects that meet the interests of the country at the expense of the International Fund.
