Similar cases are also recorded during major cultural, sporting and festive events, where thefts, acts of vandalism or hooliganism are committed. Similar legislative measures have already been implemented in a number of foreign countries, including neighboring countries. For example, a similar rule applies in Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.
