Jakarta, July 28, 2025 - Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Indonesia Serzhan Abdykarimov held a meeting with the Chief of Presidential Staff of the Republic of Indonesia Anto Mukti Putranto. Two parties discussed the issues related to the development of political, trade, economic, cultural, and humanitarian cooperation between the two countries.The Ambassador highlighted the systemic reform and creative activities of the President of Kazakhstan aimed at building an economically efficient and fair state, strengthening democratic institutions and human rights mechanisms in our country.During the meeting, the Kazakh diplomat emphasized the importance of further expanding bilateral cooperation and conveyed an official letter from the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the President of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto, inviting him to pay a state visit to Kazakhstan.In his turn, Anto Mukti Putranto acknowledging the high level and traditionally friendly relations between the two countries, reaffirmed Indonesia’s commitment to continue the progressive development of mutually beneficial partnership with Kazakhstan in various fields. As part of the continuation of work on the phased implementation of the Keden information system, the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan is putting into operation the functionality for making preliminary decisions on the classification of goods in accordance with the Commodity Nomenclature of foreign economic activity and decisions on the classification of goods transported across the customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union in an unassembled or disassembled form, including incomplete or incomplete form (hereinafter referred to as solutions). From July 28, 2025, the filing and processing of applications for decision-making will be carried out at the Keden IP. The state service for issuing permits for the disposal of property and social benefits of wards is now available not only on the eGov portal.kz, but also in the eGov Mobile app.The service is intended for legal representatives of adult citizens who have been declared legally incompetent or with limited legal capacity by a court. It is provided free of charge and allows you to issue a permit for the disposal of the ward's assets – from the withdrawal of pensions and benefits to the sale of property.Due to integration with the information systems of government agencies, some of the data is downloaded automatically when filling out an application. This simplifies the application process and reduces the likelihood of errors.To use the service, the user must:log in to the eGov Mobile app and go to the "Services" section - "Benefits, allowances and Pensions";choose the service "Permission to manage property, pensions and payments of citizens recognized by the court as legally incompetent or with limited legal capacity";fill in the required fields in the application;select one of the types of order, fill in the required fields and click "Next";sign the application using one of the available signing methods.Following the review of the application, an order or reasoned refusal in electronic form will be displayed in the "Service History" section of the applicant.
