State corporation introduces automatic verification of medical certificate 073/u when obtaining a driver's license 10.06.2025
JSC State Corporation Government for Citizens has completed the integration of the information system of the Public Service Centers with the information system of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan. MORE THAN 3,000 VILLAGES OF KAZAKHSTAN WILL BE CONNECTED TO HIGH-SPEED INTERNE 10.06.2025
The Ministry of digital development, innovation and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Kazakhtelecom JSC signed an investment agreement to connect more than 3,000 villages to the internet.Thanks to the signed deal, the implementation of the project for the construction of a fiber-optic communication network will be completed one year earlier than planned – by the end of 2026. And communication in remote areas will be provided by satellite channels until the end of 2027.Thus, the project will provide 99% of villages in the country with high-speed internet by the end of 2027. Now in the near future, schools, hospitals, administrative buildings, budget organizations, as well as more than 40 checkpoints at public access points and state borders will have access to the network. Rural settlements are connected to the network via fiber-optic (88%) and satellite channels (12%).In addition, infrastructure for mobile base stations will be strengthened in rural areas. Consumers with an installed capacity of electrical installations of 5 megawatts or more attach to the questionnaire a diagram of the consumer's external power supply developed by a specialized design organization licensed to engage in design activities.Terms for obtaining technical specificationsAfter receiving an application in any form from the consumer, the energy transmission or energy production organization issues technical specifications for connecting newly commissioned or reconstructed electrical installations:1) for technically uncomplicated objects - within 5 (five) working days;2) for technically complex objects - within 10 (ten) working days.Technical specifications for connecting to the networks of a natural monopoly entity or increasing the volume of a regulated service are issued for the regulatory period of design, construction and are submitted by the architecture and urban planning authorities to the state urban planning cadastre.After the technical specifications have been fulfilled, an act of delimitation of balance sheet ownership of electrical networks and operational responsibility of the parties is drawn up between the consumer and the energy transmission organization in accordance with Appendix 1 to these Rules with a diagram of the consumer's connection.For multi-apartment residential buildings, an act of delimitation of balance sheet ownership is drawn up between the energy transmission organization and the body managing the condominium facility.For the power supply of construction sites, temporary technical conditions are issued to the consumer for the construction period.In accordance with paragraph 7-1 of Article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Natural Monopolies", if the standard construction duration is exceeded by more than three years, the validity period of temporary technical conditions is extended for the construction period, subject to the submission of supporting documents on the start of construction.Failure to submit supporting documents on the start of construction, technical conditions are considered invalid after three years from the date of issue.Technical conditions are issued if there is a technical possibility of connecting to the electrical networks of the energy transmission organization or electrical installations of the energy producing organization.The procedure for issuing technical conditions from the designed networks is determined in accordance with the Rules for the organization of construction and the passage of permitting procedures in the field of construction, approved by order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 30, 2015 No. 750 (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 12684).There is no fee for issuing and reissuing technical specifications. The Department of State Revenue for the Mangystau region informs participants in foreign economic activity about the procedure for making mandatory payments during customs clearance of vehicles.In accordance with the current legislation, when importing vehicles into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the following payments are payable:Customs duty for customs declaration — in the amount of 6 monthly calculation indices (Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 05.04.18 № 171.)Import customs duty is determined in accordance with the Unified Customs Tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union. The duty rate depends on the year of manufacture, volume and type of engine and can vary from 0% to 18%, or be set at a fixed amount depending on the unit of measurement (Decision of the EEC Council dated 09/14/21 № 80).Excise tax is paid in respect of passenger cars and other motor vehicles intended mainly for transporting people with an engine capacity of more than 3,000 cubic meters. Единый накопительный пенсионный фонд продолжает активно предоставлять широкий спектр услуг, направленных на поддержку и информирование своих клиентов. В период с 01.01.2025 г. по 01.05.2025 г. населению оказано порядка 19,4 млн услуг.Из общего количества оказанных услуг:– более 9,1 млн проведено в электронном формате,– более 9,6 млн – в автоматическом.Таким образом, доля услуг, оказанных в автоматическом, электронном и удалённом форматах, составила 98,2% от общего количества.В очном формате было оказано порядка 343,0 тыс. услуг, в том числе непосредственно в офисах Фонда — более 334,9 тыс.Напомним, что все пенсионные счета открываются в ЕНПФ автоматически при поступлении первого взноса. Также автоматически начисляются целевые требования и целевые накопления участникам программы «Нацфонд – детям».Всего за отчётный период в автоматическом режиме открыто 718,1 тыс. индивидуальных пенсионных счетов (ИПС) по всем видам пенсионных взносов, включая условные пенсионные счета (УПС) и целевые накопительные счета (ЦНС) в рамках программы «Нацфонд – детям».Самая популярная услуга – получение выписки с ИПС, УПС, ЦНС. С начала года выдано порядка 10,1 млн выписок, из которых:– более 8,3 млн – в электронном виде,– более 1,4 млн – в автоматическом режиме.ЕНПФ напоминает: личный кабинет – самый удобный способ контроля за пенсионными накоплениями. Kazakhstan and Bulgaria Aim to Expand Trade and Economic Partnership 10.06.2025
A Kazakhstan–Bulgaria business forum was held in the capital of Kazakhstan with the participation of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and President of the Republic of Bulgaria Rumen Radev. The event served as an important platform for discussing the prospects of bilateral economic cooperation, enhancing collaboration between the business communities of both countries, and advancing joint investment initiatives.Opening the forum, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Alibek Kuantyrov highlighted the strong potential for economic cooperation with Bulgaria and emphasized that the partnership should be based on mutual investment and practical collaboration. Summer holidays in Kostanay region: recreation for children with benefits and care 10.06.2025
About 105,000, or 98.6% of children, will be covered by summer holidays in 2025.264.4 million tenge is provided for these purposes.This year, the network of country camps in the region consists of 12 facilities (9 public, 3 private), where it is planned to improve the health of more than 8,000 children.In 3 state camps (recreation center named after Bakirova, "Lesnaya skazka" and "Altyngul"), pupils of boarding schools for orphaned children will have a rest.The opening of season 1 is scheduled for June 9-18.Over 4,000 teachers will be involved in the summer camps.It has become a good tradition for the Kazakhstan Khalqyna Charitable Foundation to conduct a project for rural children "QH Zhazdyk Zholdam", thanks to which 246 schoolchildren will have a free rest in 2 rural camps of the region this year: "Baldauren" and "Bolashak".For the fourth year in a row, 359 children with special educational needs from 13 regions of the region will have a rest in the framework of the state social order on the basis of the rehabilitation center "Hatiko" for a total amount of 54.1 million tenge. During the stay of children with an accompanying person in this center, five meals a day are provided for children and accompanying persons, as well as psychological services.Recreation for children from socially vulnerable categories is provided as a matter of priority.
