The problem of drug addiction among young people in Kazakhstan is becoming increasingly urgent, and the scale of drug distribution and drug addiction among the population is reaching alarming levels.One of the key areas of work of the Police Department of East Kazakhstan region remains the fight against drug offenses and the prevention of drug addiction.In light of the growing concern for drug addiction among minors, Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, jointly with Police Major Sagatbek K. A new service has been launched on the eGov.kz portal that allows guardians and trustees to obtain permission to manage the property and social benefits of their wards. This service is intended for the legal representatives of adult citizens who have been declared legally incompetent or have limited legal capacity by a court. The service is provided free-of-charge and allows to obtain official permission to dispose of the wards' assets.Thanks to integration with government agencies' information systems, the electronic application process has become easier. A three-day boxing tournament dedicated to the memory of Aybat Amanov, a soldier of the National Guard who heroically died in January 2022, has concluded in Zhanaarka District, Ulytau Region.The competition brought together about 100 young athletes from Zhanaarka, Shet District, and Akadyr village, with more than 60 sets of medals contested across five weight categories.The award ceremony was attended by the hero’s parents, veterans, servicemen of Military Unit 5514 of the "Ontustik" Regional Command, as well as representatives of the local government and public. A special prize from Amanov’s family was awarded to Yelaman Khainilzayat, winner in the 63 kg category. Housing and communal services, landscaping and the social sphere account for the main share of city budget expenditures.63.6% of all expenditures of the Rudny city budget were budgetary withdrawals to the regional budget. In comparison with 2023, budget withdrawals transferred to the regional budget increased by more than 2 billion tenge.The analysis of the budget performance report and the audit activities carried out by the Audit Commission led to the conclusion that the indicators of the socio-economic development of the city have a positive trend. The growth of own income in comparison with 2023 amounted to 5.4% or over 1 billion tenge. The expenditure budget has been fulfilled by 99.5%. The volume of expenses increased by 32% compared to 2023. The main share of expenses (79%) is occupied by current expenses, the development budget and other expenses that affect the development of the economy. Compared to 2023, there has been a 47% increase in spending on economic development. There is a share of non-development, but this is due to non-fulfillment of obligations by contractors. Based on the results of the assessment, appropriate recommendations have been developed for local executive bodies.The budget of the village of Kachar has been fulfilled by 112.2%. According to the income structure of the village of Kachar, about 399 million tenge has been received, of which 76% are transfers, and 20.7% are tax and non-tax revenues. Thus, the budget of the village depends on the higher budget. In terms of costs, the budget has been fulfilled by 100%, and non-development is caused by improper fulfillment of contractual obligations by suppliers.In turn, the budget of the Gornyatsky settlement was fulfilled by 102.8% in terms of income. According to tax revenues, of the 5 planned revenue sources, the plan has been implemented for 3 revenue sources. The main part of the village's income is made up of transfer receipts – 87.6%, tax receipts – 12.1%.
